        Hi guys. Why are the thumbnails no longer working for some uploaded videos? I miss seeing the image

          Hi Jenny, unfortunately it’s just an issue with the software we use, it sometimes glitches. If you’d like you can delete a video and try uploading it again to see if the thumbnail works the next time?

            No worries. No big deal. I just miss it when I look at other peoples’ vids as well
