A few items:
1) From the straddle, Brandon rotates up without needing to grab the poles (although, grabbing the poles is offered as an option). In the air, it literally feels impossible to rotate up without touching the poles. What drills and/muscles need to be engaged/strengthened to accomplish this?
2) Corset: The corset part is tight, but the larger challenge is that it is slipping up to my chest and pushing my boobs into my neck. How do I keep the corset lower / below my ribs? This happens two times: (i) in the straddle star position and (2) when I drop down into the slack.
3) Corset to the side/back balance: I can’t seem to get the corset to slide down to allow my hips and legs to rotate open (may be because of #2 — the corset is stuck at my chest level)
4) hands free to the open 360 / tail catch dive — need lots of help / tips to do this hands free.
