Finally I tried to put a few things together today, it’s been a crazy month… I ‘m working on mini rig version and I the truth is that I intentionally avoid the knee drop as I have a torn meniscus, third degree (left knee). So, I decided to wrok on spin to improve quality on my moves… I’m still hoping I can go back to studio tomorrow but I’m not sure, so, even if this video isn’t flowing as when I do it on my mind 🤣🤣🤣 I’m happy for the chance to work on my spin.
