Nice work so far Helene!
1- When going into the elbow hook pose, try removing the free leg with it bent instead of straight. That may smooth it out more.
2- For the tight spin moment- pull up high, and squeeze your ribs in and down, to get that straight body line.
3- Continue to work towards refining your stretch- pointed feet and a super straight knee in the arrow.
