Hi! Sometimes our system struggles with 4K videos which is why it says ‘still converting’ and why there isn’t a thumbnail. BUT we are able to still watch your videos from our end so it’s not an issue for us for doing reviews. We will let you know if for some reason we can’t see your video while we are reviewing. A little tip for making uploading easier (and for saving storage space on your phone) is to go to your Settings in your phone, then scroll down to Camera, and switch to record your videos in 1080p.
