Hi everyone, I’m Lisa and just joined last month, after wanting to for several years 😀 I’m a longtime aerialist but have taken many breaks over the years and as the art form keeps evolving, I am so grateful to find a learning community such as this to safely progress and evolve as well! Love silks always, but train rope, hammock and Lyra as well.
Fun fact I’m also almost 6 months post op from a hip replacement which has been nothing short of a miracle, allowing me to return to aerial arts and many other activities I’d had to slowly give up due to arthritis pain and lack of ROM. In addition to my live training I thought this would be a great environment in which to progress in an intentional manner with detailed technical breakdowns, q&a, ground workouts etc and I was right! Just what I was looking for 😀
