In this 4 part follow-along splits workshop, Rachel will take you through a progressive stretching series to help you achieve beautiful flat splits (front and middle) in just 30 days!



Aerial Upkeep

In this 15 minute, follow-along ground class, Brett will be taking you through a quick and effective series of conditioning exercises for the core, back, lats, arms and grip to help keep you in aerial shape when you are away from the silks! (Slippery floor required – laminate/polished concrete) Equipment needed: yoga mat/ large towel, and two pieces of newspaper



Back Bend Workshop

In this 20 minute, follow-along introduction to Back Bending class, Rachel will be taking you through a series of stretches for the shoulders and lower, middle and upper back to help improve your over all back flexibility and gain a greater understanding of how to back bend safely.
