What a charming sequence!!! 🤩
It’s perhaps indecent, but I would ask if a short lesson on Russian flirt climb is possible. -

Glad you like it! Will ask Amanda to break it down for the Q&A 🙂

Hi. I thought this sequence was easy because it’s short. But when I started trying it…… whaaaaa, a splitty and leg strength challenge indeed! Thanks for the gorgeous poses. If I have a 180° split with right leg in front, but only a 160° (or less) split with left leg in front- Would you recommend that I make the footlock on my right foot instead? Or doesn’t matter? Thoughts?

I would love to hear tips for fabric management when making the foot lock after Russian flirt. I can see that she holds the fabric high so than she can make a figure 8 FL. I may have a thicker fabric but I can try it on another fabric that may be a bit easier to work with for fabric management. Aside from that, I’m still using my hands to switch between the poses. It may just be practicing the switch to make it smooth.

Thanks for the reply. It wasn’t a problem with the name of the Russian Flirt, maybe for me it’s more of a strength or flexibility issue, or both, which is why I find it very difficult to perform a Big Russian. For example, I’ve realized that it’s easier for me to do it with my arms bent, or that I can get into the same position starting from a Russian, grabbing the tail and bringing it to my left thigh. I’ll keep practicing! Anyway the Q&A it’s every time a very precious moment! thank you!
