          Ooh excited to try this! Is it normal to feel like my belly is being crushed in the sit-in and dive through after wrapping the star shape? LOL!

            Also, I’m finding it hard to keep the fabric on my low back when I move into the arabesque after the start sit-up!

              A few items:
              1) From the straddle, Brandon rotates up without needing to grab the poles (although, grabbing the poles is offered as an option). In the air, it literally feels impossible to rotate up without touching the poles. What drills and/muscles need to be engaged/strengthened to accomplish this?
              2) Corset: The corset part is tight, but the larger challenge is that it is slipping up to my chest and pushing my boobs into my neck. How do I keep the corset lower / below my ribs? This happens two times: (i) in the straddle star position and (2) when I drop down into the slack.
              3) Corset to the side/back balance: I can’t seem to get the corset to slide down to allow my hips and legs to rotate open (may be because of #2 — the corset is stuck at my chest level)
              4) hands free to the open 360 / tail catch dive — need lots of help / tips to do this hands free.

              I tried my best to explain it in words, but if you need a video, then let me know

                Unfortunately, I don’t know if I’ll be able to follow the Q&A, but I’ll definitely watch it as soon as I can, because I love Brandon Scott’s style and the way he explains all the steps.
                I have the same questions as other users, although I discovered yesterday that to get back up in the corset, I have to push down with my heels and let my torso follow, helping a little with my core and arms.
                I’ll add this question about the pre-crossback drop setup. Once I’m in the thigh hitch, some sort of body dysmorphia prevents me from making a clean movement to cross the edges of the silk behind my back. My working hand, in particular, struggles to guide the fabric back to the front, and I often need to move my head to make room for the fabric to pass in front.
                Suggestions?

                  Hello! I have similar issues as some others and am keen to watch Q&A replay. (Sorry to miss it live). It’s telling me that the password Corset is incorrect. Anyone else having trouble? Thanks! Love the sequence!

                      Hey Robin! In the box where is has you enter your email and the password for the Q&A, on the bottom right click on ‘Email me a login link’
                      For some reason, it will recognize the password there if it doesn’t on the first page.
