This video is from last Saturday. I had so many ideas to try, but the various Russian twist climb options had eaten away at my right ankle. The following Monday, I practiced again and left the gym where my silk is hosted with a sore right foot. All this preamble is to tell you that the sequence made me dream, that I found this CLANN song called “Her & the Sea,” that I modified and cut it to fit the movements, but that in the end I wasn’t able to complete my project, and this is still, as always, at the end of the month, a work in progress.
