Yay! So fun! But of course I have questions lol the first one is why is it called the Florida belay? The second one is why didn’t Rachel come to my home to film it since I’m in Florida? Wouldn’t that have been better? Lol last question, I’ve tried to upload last month’s video numerous times yesterday and today. It says it’s uploading and then it just disappears. Anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions?

Hello! I like the Shoulder Support video! Any suggestion about how frequently to train this? Or do you recommend it as warm up before the sequences that involve shoulder engagement like this one? Also just a comment, I was not able to put CC in the video. Thank you!

Thank you for the note about CC. We will look into it.
And great! With any exercise that is new to you, starting with a few reps of each exercise can generally be a nice way to warm up. Testing out how your workout feels after and then how your recovery feels. And then adding as your body acclimates or as you find it best benefits your training. Sometimes these ground workouts can be a nice way to move during a rest day. Let us know how you find they work best for you!

Hi! Question about the descent into the elbow hang- I’m having trouble slowing this down. As soon as the fabric slides off my bum, it feels like the descent happens very fast and I risk burning my left foot and/or hand trying to slow that transition down. Any tips would be appreciated!

I did burn my left foot during my first day of training this:)) because I was trying to hold for my life with that foot since going down was too scary. Then I realized that its more important to lock that elbow and legs and let everything go, the decent happens more organically.

I have a question. Can you show closely how to lock the wrist for wrist hang to be able to hang securely later? I dont think I wrap it correct and I am always uncomfortable feeling that I cannot hold it for long😅
Also, any tip on how to prevent shortening of the belay loop when I am doing the wristlock? I end up in a wristlock with almost no loop left at all and its more beautiful when there is a proper slack. Thank you! -
