Eiz didn’t bring her legs together soon enough on the drop. After the first fall back, she needed to bring her legs together before she dives between the poles. Otherwise the tail will go between the legs which is not correct, and causes them to get stuck on the landing. She got extra stuck because her foot also pushed some of the tail between the poles on the landing.
The tail has to stay on the right side of the body for the duration of the drop and not go between the legs. If she keep her legs together she would have been fine.
