So this is where I am currently at for this month. I would LOVE feedback on how to improve. I AM trying to arch sooner, but as you can see I’m still not successful. I’ve also tried opening my knees out to the side to try to keep my center of gravity compact, but still just not quite getting it. Would so appreciate any suggestions on any of it! THANK YOU!
