Thanks a lot for your feedback! The sickle is my nemesis 🙁. I recently started doing some ballet foot exercises with a band to try to correct it but, I guess it will take a while… if I understood properly you recommend I continuously focus on extending through my pinky to the outside… I think that part of my lower leg and foot is numb 🤣. Is it in the inversions that it is particularly visible?
How could I approach it in the air to better feel what my feet are doing? Any recommendations? Regarding the microbend at the knees I believe I am more conscious about it… my handstand teacher is also continuously telling me to lock my knees 😃🤸🏻♂️
