For the spin: Great initial ‘pump’, it is slowing down because your toes are drifting away from your centre, try to keep them directly under your head. Focus on the silks themselves or one of your hands to avoid getting dizzy. some quick recovery tools for dizziness is ‘bouncing’ on your toes (quick rises and lowers up on to the balls of your feet and back down to flat feet) and eating ginger 🙂 Great work!
