    Hi Kitty! It looks like you are piking slightly when going into the drop, which will take away some of the rotation of the salto. Definitely take a day or two off if your thigh is sore, and then next time you try it, be sure to keep your body really extended the entire drop, squeezing your butt while in the coffin shape and while dropping helps. Also if you reach the right arm out as you drop (keeping it straight by your ear)… That extra reach will help the salto rotation, which if you get a good rotation the wrap will squeeze less on the thigh.
