Hi! I was working today on the 2nd part of the choreo and I would appreciate a small reflection about the triangle split, e.g. where to find the stability within the pose? is it a straddle? or rather a front split? When I look at my videos from today it looks more like some sort of half half contortion pose… thanks a lot! (video below)
