for me it’s not easy, I still can’t do the flag part, my hand opens and I have to go back to the ground. Second part is better except for the “tricky” part where I really struggle with my big butt 😀
Need more time to work on the wheeldown too but it’s the trick I love the most paired with the stand out so I must learn it!
