Hi Jill! For your beat to sit up, really think to tighten your hips and squeeze bum forward as much as possible. Use your arms next to your ears and swing back in a super big back swing. You can drill this using catchers position in a hammock, or your silk tied with a knot. It will be a little easier to practice and get the hang of it in a looser tie.
