I was so excited about this neck hang belay entry this month but my work schedule at my clinic has been heinous the past couple of months! I’ve been watching this forum and watched the Q&A and just tried visualizing this move the entire month. Last night after a stereotypical Monday when nothing went right—- I even had to borrow gym clothes to teach my Lvl 1 silks classes—I was like, “now or never” and was very happy I could get through the sequence, with hiccups, of course.
