For now this is my submission for November. I did my very best to get the hands free beat, but one month was not enough. I blame it on the bouncy rigging point available to me 😅. I will keep on working on them for the future (and also on front lever which I think is useful here). I AGAIN enjoyed A LOT working on this combo.
