I am still really struggling with the roll up. I do have really long legs and a short torso so when ever I do balances my balance point is very low on my hips. I have tried lowering the pole but like u said in the video the best place is between the rib and hip bone. I can feel this, but then I can’t seem to get my legs up. Any suggestions? Here is a video…
